How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Shipping from Chirality Handmade in Jeddah to customers within Saudi Arabia takes between 3 and 7 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery time is a forecast, and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Can I modify or cancel the order?

After the order has been shipped from the store, the customer cannot modify or cancel it.

I have completed my order, what's next?

An order marked "Under Review" means it is being processed until it ships. After the order ships, the customer is responsible for tracking it with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery. If the customer does not receive a text message with a tracking number, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the store to obtain it.

How much does shipping and delivery cost for the order?

Shipping and delivery within Saudi Arabia costs between 18 and 35 Saudi Riyals. The full shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before completing your order, at discounted rates.

Shipping and delivery are available to all cities, towns and governorates of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

How is the order confirmed when choosing (bank transfer)?

After completing the bank transfer to the Chirality handmade store account, please attach a photo of the transfer receipt before completing the order by clicking on (Confirm Payment) then (Please attach a photo of the receipt) as shown in the following image, so that the bank transfer can be verified and the status of your order can be updated.
