Cashback policy

1- The customer receives a 10% cashback when the order value reaches 300 riyals or more.

2- Cashback is added to the customer’s wallet in the store after the order is successfully completed.

3- The cashback balance is valid for one year from the date it is added to the wallet.

4- The customer can use the cashback balance on future orders within the validity period.

5- After the cashback offer period ends, no new cashback will be added to the wallet.

6- The customer can use the balance in the wallet until the amount runs out or the validity period expires.

7- Cashback balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the store.
