• Exchange or return is not possible according to the nature of the product or service provided.
• Orders placed with a customer will begin upon full payment, and the store is committed to keeping the customer informed of the order's progress via WhatsApp. Modifications can be made during this period as needed. Requests for additional items, specific packaging, or the addition of the customer's logo will be charged as an extra fee on top of the service and product costs.
